About Kevin

Originally from Georgia, Kevin Cocklereece relocated to West Barnstable. MA in 1991 to live with his wife Kate, a native Cape Codder. Kevin's core landscape design philosophy can be summarized in three simple words: less is more.

“Our overall mission is creating ecologically sustainable and tasteful natural landscapes that blend in with the surrounding environment. My path toward this ‘minimalist impact’ approach began in 1979 while working for one of Atlanta’s premier landscape architects, David Dugan. It still remains my guiding principle from both a design and maintenance perspective to this day.

I’ve been landscaping long enough to creatively handle just about any project challenge. What’s more, my inherent excitement and passion toward the field still encourage me to constantly incorporate new ideas and techniques gleaned from an ever-changing horticultural paradigm. During the week, I can, usually, be found on the job site alongside our dedicated work crew.”
